Seasoned Potato Wedge Recipe – Jumbo French Fries

Make these Oven Baked Potato Wedges for your next barbecue for a side dish that’s a big, delicious take on a classic. These potato wedges go great with burgers, chicken, and pork, and are made with our special Burger & Fry Seasoning for an out-of-this-world taste!

Ingredients you will need:

  • 3 large baking potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons Rada Burger & Fry Seasoning
  • Cooking spray, as needed

Place baking sheet in 450 degree oven to heat. Cut 3 large baking potatoes into 8 evenly-sized wedges. A good way to do this is to cut the potatoes in half, then cut the halves into quarters. The Rada Stubby Butcher knife is especially handy at cutting large vegetables such as potatoes.

Place wedges in large bowl. Pour 3 tablespoons vegetable oil over wedges.

Lightly toss the wedges.

Add approximately 2 teaspoons Rada Burger & Fry Seasoning. Add more if you prefer.

Stir again.

Oven Baked Potato Wedges

Remove hot pan from oven. If using a metal pan, coat with cooking spray.  Spread wedges into a single layer. Place in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, turn wedges, and bake another 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow wedges a moment to cool. Serve and enjoy!
