Baked Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients you will need:
- 8 to 10 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 carton (1/2 pt.) sour cream
- 1 t. garlic salt
- 1/4 C. grated onion
- 1 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 t. paprika
- 1/4 C. butter
Peel the potatoes, leaving small amounts of skin on if preferred. The Rada Vegetable Peeler is ideally suited for this, making skin removal a nearly effortless task.

Cut the potatoes into small pieces. Place in a pan, add water and a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil for 20 minutes. In a bowl, add 1/2 pt. sour cream and 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese. Mix until smooth. To mixture, add 1/4 C. grated onion and 1 tsp. garlic salt.
Chop the boiled potatoes, which will efficiently break up the potatoes. Using a mixer, combine the chopped potatoes and the cheese and cream mixture.
Place combined product into a casserole dish.
Stir.

Add 1/4 C. butter to top of dish. Add 2 tsp. paprika. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

Serve to grateful family and friends. Enjoy!
